About the Pensions Team

The Pensions Team consists of the Group Pension and Benefits Manager, the Pensions Administration Manager and the Pensions Administrators.

The Pensions Administrators handle the day-to-day administration of the Scheme including calculating and issuing benefit quotations and processing pension payments. They're also happy to help answer any queries you may have about your pension, although they are not authorised to provide advice to you.

The Group Pension and Benefits Manager oversees the day-to-day management and administration of the Scheme. In doing this, they work with the Trustees, administrators and Scheme advisers to communicate with members effectively and develop new policies as and where appropriate.
